Context

ILEM operates across India, Japan and the United States. My role extends beyond the storefronts themselves into the systems that keep commerce running — applications, integrations, payments, operational workflows and internal tooling.

What I own

Storefronts. Shopify development across the India, Japan and US storefronts, including headless commerce work where it makes sense.
Applications. Custom Shopify applications and internal systems connecting the storefront with wider business workflows.
Integrations. Shopify, Zoho ERP, warehouse operations and third-party payment infrastructure.
Performance. Core Web Vitals and production performance work without compromising business-critical functionality.
Infrastructure. Self-hosted MCP infrastructure, authentication and internal AI tooling.
Mobile commerce. Technical contribution and coordination for a Shopify-connected mobile application.

Leadership

Alongside implementation, I lead technical delivery: reviewing code, mentoring developers, making architecture decisions, coordinating with vendors and business teams, and contributing to technical hiring.

This is not a one-off build. It is an evolving commerce platform that I continue to help architect, operate and improve.
